The shipping company depends on the country you are ordering from. However, most often they are the following: DHL, UPS, USPS, Hermes or PostNL.
All orders are cleared through customs and delivered with the applicable sales tax. There are no additional fees when you order.
All unused items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Of course, we offer free replacement delivery for broken watches! If you send your intended return after the 30 day return period, the items will be returned to you and no refund will be given. We do not accept refunds for used products. Of course you are allowed to try on and test wear the watch. Obviously used products will be returned to sender and no refund will be given. Clearly used products are products that show obvious scratches or stains after being worn or are completely scratched.
