The shipping company depends on the country you are ordering from. However, most often they are the following: DHL, UPS, USPS, Hermes or PostNL.
All orders are cleared through customs and delivered with the applicable sales tax. There are no additional fees when you order.
All unused items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Of course, we offer free replacement delivery for broken watches! If you send your intended return after the 30 day return period, the items will be returned to you and no refund will be given. We do not accept refunds for used products. Of course you are allowed to try on and test wear the watch. Obviously used products will be returned to sender and no refund will be given. Clearly used products are products that show obvious scratches or marks when worn or are completely scratched.
Contact our support team by email: support@didunstore.com and provide your order number, name, address, details of the product (quantity, color, model) and the reason for the return. Please include a photo of the faulty item that clearly shows the fault. We will reply you within 48 hours.
Sometimes it can take up to 3 business days for the tracking system to reflect changes to the status of your package. Especially if you have only recently ordered and received your tracking number, the system may not yet reflect the new status of your order. Therefore, we ask all customers to wait at least 3 business days from the package shipment date before contacting us about a non-working tracking number.
If the postal service attempted to deliver your package but failed, the postal service will attempt to deliver it again to the same address on the next business day. If this is not possible again, she will leave a notification and you will have to pick up the package at your local post office. If there are any problems with delivery, please contact us for further steps.
